I mix his product with wa terrible although it easily mixes with coffee or smoothies. It helps with joint pain. ..but give it time. The bonus is smoother thicker hair and younger looking skin. I have recommended this product to so many people because they kept on asking what I was using to look so well. But as already said, give it time. It's not a magic potion. Takes about two months to see the full effect but you need to keep taking it. I have no more knee pain and have so much energy.
