This helps make the bummer that is gestational diabetes a little bit easier. The journal model has helped me track my meals and snacks and I am finding patters I didn’t see before. The water tracker is especially nice. It’s nice to thumb through the pages and be able to see levels through the months. My Dr does wish that I had all the numbers on one page for her.

I love that I can track all that I need with this book. I prefer it than using apps. Will buy again.

Cute book, well bound, and several pages. This seems to be more of planner and be geared more towards T2D )rather than T1D at least). There isn't much room for the log section to write multiple blood sugar readings and/or insulin boluses unless you write them out under the Notes or Daily Schedule section. It's a nice idea just could use a little more for the blood sugar/insulin log versus the planner/self care tracker.

I was skeptical to buy this planner because there were no pictures of what the planner looked like on the inside. I decided to buy this one based off the description which stated it was not just a blood sugar tracker but also a planner. I wanted a combination of the two. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the item and it was perfect for my needs.

I love the many types of daily activities you can track and still be able to see just what you want to know at a glance. Very well thought out and organized. I love this book and I will definitely order it again.

This journal could only be more perfect if it were spiral! It has space to log your food, your mood, daily goals, journaling space, blood sugar entry space, daily schedule, meds/supplements, water intake and what you did that day for self-care.

Used 2 days and already pages are falling out. Because of severe health issues with my husband I’ve no choice but to use it. But I’m disappointed in the quality.
