How big our the actual roses themselves? I need decent size not mini.

These are the same size as you would see in a nice fresh bouquet. They are approximately 2.25” high and 1.75” wide

Are the flowers a dark navy blue or more of a royal blue

They are dark navy blue. The flowers are pretty sparse and there is more greenery than flowers. I ended up cutting the leaves off of two of them. Then twisted a normal one together with it and it worked ok. I was trying to cover a shepherds hook to take to the cemetery.

What clips do I need to use to hang them from a mirror?

You possibly use a small command hook ( it’s like a cam and strip but is smaller, the sticky part and the plastic piece that you stick to the adhesive is clear and the hook is metal so it hides very well) . I’ve used them at Christmas time to hang garland.
