Good Mobility
I am 87; walk 2-3 miles a day. Have been taking Move Free for over 15 years. I feel it has contributed to my pain free mobility.

No Noticeable Improvement
I have been taking these consistently as directed, but I have felt absolutely zero relief or improvement in my joint comfort or flexibility. They simply do not work for me.
