Great customer service and welder is ‘spot on’
Very impressed with delivery time and customer service - arrived from Poland within estimated date (during lockdown)! When kit arrived, contents checked and 2 duplicate leads were enclosed but the ground clamp was missing. I contacted Allweld who promptly responded with an apology and advised they would sort it. They later messaged again to confirm the ground clamp had been dispatched. Within a few days it was delivered (and still by deadline date of initial kit delivery).My partner chose this welder kit to replace the basic welder he owned. He’s very pleased with it as it does exactly as described. His overall opinion...”It’s spot on!”I’m pleased too, as he never wore his welder mask/helmet before because he couldn’t see properly but the mask in this kit is better quality so he can see what he needs to with it on but goes darker when he starts welding to protect his eyes.He’s very happy with the welder and kit and is loving cracking on with his project.
