What is the best way to store them? I find them very bulky and awkward for storing

Ehm... deflate them? Store in a cabinet or wherever you have the space. They are about as bulky as every other sprayer w/similar capacity.

Does this come with any warranty against chemical degradation?

It’s covered. The product is covered against manufacturing defect. If used correctly you will not have any issues with chemicals.

How do you remove nozzle from the white one to the green one? I can get the white one to come off.

You simply unscrew the nozzle and replace with the green one that is stored in the storage cap.
