Platinum Drywall Tools 42" Compound Tube

It works great.After a year of sitting unused, I needed it again and it was pretty locked up.I soaked it in warm water for a bit, and it was able to move again.I took the end cap off, and took the plunger out, mud worked its way to the other side of the pusher, once cleaned it was good to go again.Aluminum tube with plastic end caps, I would keep it out of the sun to prolong the life of the plastic.

First compound tube I have owed works better than a corner box

The tube is nice, well made and works very good. The big flaw is it should have quick release clamps to open up to clean. every time you're finished using it you must take out the three small screws pull the head off clean it put the head back on and install the three small screws again. A big pain, but it is cheaper than the ones with the clamps.

The product does not work would not recommend buying till they fix it

Product works well even with corner and flat mud applicator adapter from other units.
