The cutters are good and seem to work as intended but the kit that was sent to me was previously used and some of the guides were damaged by previous use. Also the T bar does not fit the holes in either of the handles. Overall I would say a good tool if you only plan on using these once or twice but not the best for quality all around or a tool for common use. Was hoping for better quality based on previous comments but that is not the case. Nor was I happy about getting a used kit... that does not match the "new" criteria in my book.

Easy to use, works well. Cut seats o a four cylinder head in a few minutes.

This tool worked well on our 1990 mazda miata cylinder head but there was no pole small enough to enter the valve hole. The smallest size is 7mm and I believe the miata valves are 5mm.

I could not use this as intended.The T handle bar does not fit through any of the guide rods.Missing 1 7/16, 45° cutter.

This set is far better than the junk I was using before. These actually cut the seats easily and accurately. I wish I had this set a long time ago, for other jobs I have needed done on my vehicles. Thank you for this quality tool.

I have never left a review before but these are so lousy that I had to.I'm a machinist, and I know what well made parts are. These are among the worst I've ever seen. The brazed carbide bodies look acceptable, although I had to chase all the threads (1/2-20) to get the paint out of them. The arbors (pilots) and handles on the other hand are unusable. There is no reference between arbor and handle, or between handle and cutter besides the threads to put everything together. Assembling the arbors and handle reveal that there is 1/4" of circular runout! This is due to the poorly machined 5/16-24 threads mating the two together without a reference. This will never cut a good valve seat. None of the threads are within spec, and the arbors have .002 clearance to the stated size (close but no good for a race engine). I'm machining my own parts to make this work.In addition to this, you must pay customs/import tax (50% of purchase price) to get the item. This was not stated, and in fact "free express shipping" was directly stated in the description.Extremely dissatisfied
