If post did not have their own copies, I immediately ordered copies for the Executive and Protocol offices on arrival.Every Foreign Service and Miiitary Officer should own a copy and I recommend for anyone who has frequent interactions with USG officials.

Great Tool for the office. I got a hard copy for our Office Manager and an Ebook for me to have at my fingertips. I am in and out of the cabinet offices constantly and it always helps to take a peek at the protocol before a meeting.
