Currently have a 100w amp for a baseball diamond pa system. can i install up to 3 of these 50w speakers at 70v or would i need bigger speakers?

That's a good match. You are unlikely to need the full 100W.

is this suitable for church music and chimes?

I don't see why not. We use them for mostly announcements during our events, but when setting up, we use the built in radio function of our amp to play music for determining placement of the speakers and it sounds pretty good !!

How loud can this PA system get? Specifically can it over power extreamly low bass?

It won't be overpowered by low bass. It won't play low bass either. It goes low enough for voice.

What do I need to connect this to echo link?

No, you need a 70volt amplifer and mixer. This speaker is for public address system for large areas.
