Before you report me to PETA, I took my dog to two vets and neither actually removed her recurring cyst - they just removed some gunk with a syringe. $400 later, the cyst returned for a 4th time, so I decided to find the most humane and painless way to remove it myself.This extractor was the key. I placed the cup over her cyst, pumped 4-5 times, and then gently squeezed / massaged the area. Repeating this a few times worked the cyst to the surface, and then I simply tweezed it out.My dog didn't react at all, and this $7 tool allowed me to do what two vets couldn't. So, does this thing actually remove venom? Hell no, and don't rely on it in an emergency! But it has enough suction to do some gnarly things outside of it's intended purpose.

I LOVE this item! You can use this to pull out the venom or pop zits! It's only one size cup but it works for bug bites and black heads! I was afraid it was going to be too cheap and not have great suction but it works great!

Hope never to need to use it. One way valve at insertion end of clear suction cap enables repeated pumping action without loss of suction thereby enabling a considerable suction to be created as spring loaded 'T' end of plunger is repeatedly pulled. Wide end of plastic handle fits in palm while index and 'middle' finger [aka 'tall man'] hook onto plunger 'T' enabling device to be used with one hand. Construction seems robust enough for intended use. Wide end can be rotated out of locking notch at full extension pictured to slide down groove on exterior of barrel to make unit about 2" shorter for storage. Storage volume ca1.5"x2.5"x5". Comes with two [2] each alcohol and iodine wipes. No idea what shelf life is. Also has a 1" wide x 18" long thin rubber strap to use for tourniquet.Get this if you live in poisonous snake country.

I purchased to help reduce my scar tissue from having carpal tunnel release surgery and it works amazing. My scar tissue has greatly reduced and you can't even tell I had surgery. I didn't even know about this until my Physical therapist started using it on me at therapy and I had to get one.

Got this product after seeing a smaller, simpler version my sister had found, work like a charm. My township has sprayed my neighborhood with deet and other pesticides for a number of years, so most competitor insects have died out and the mosquitoes are insanely resistant and overpopulated. So I wanted to put a little more money in and get a really good one. I should have spent less and got the one I knew worked. This one does not work at all. You can feel a little suction but not nearly enough to do anything. It arrived while I was traveling on business so of course the return window has ended andI now have a $14 children's play syringe.

Nice kit. I do a lot of hiking and atving in the Nevada desert, and just in case, this will definitely give me some peace of mind.

The extractor kit could not maintain suction over raised areas.

I tested the pump out, and it's pretty easy to use on yourself. I tried it on my arm and the suction was strong, so I assume it would work well for a bite. It's also very lightweight, which is nice for hiking.
