Beware, product is not as described. Looks and feels like plastic Barbie hair. If you have natural hair, this texture will not work. Seller requests customer to pay for shipping back hair that is of very poor quality and not as advertised, not good customer service. Shipping hair back to China.

The hair is really soft good quality but it is not nearly as thick as the picture shows so I had to order a second pack hoping that it will be enough.

Washed once before installing. Installed but an extreme amount of shedding. Not as thick once washed and curled either. Not worth the buy. Just buy better hair
