Small but nice
I like the quality of the product but when it came I thought it would be larger. Sadly, it was too small. So, I sent it back and I’m sizing up to the 7l.

Very great quality but a bit smaller than anticipated
Bought this over multiple on other website that come in plastic. The glass container looks and feel great! Haven’t used it it but quality looks great

Perfect size
Really happy with this purchase. I worried it might be too small but it is perfect for everyday use. I like that it is small enough to fill from the water dispenser of my refrigerator. So far no leaks or issues. Stable and looks great.

spigot failed and we spent 100. It only trickles a few moments then stops. DOESN’T DO AS ADVERTISED.

Product was a little smaller than I had thought it would be, but the quality is excellent. Would def buy again.

Bottom fell out!!
My mom bought this for my salon and it was beautiful. The customers loved all the teas and water infusions. Not to mention it was really pretty :) It was easy to put together with no leaks after a couple of tries. Then today I picked it up to clean and refill it, it was still half full, and all the tea came pouring out the bottom! What a mess! I thought oh no did i hit the spout?? Noooo! There's a big hole in the bottom! How the heck did that happen?? I am assuming it was a defect but that's such a bummer because I am not going to spend another $65 on something that didn't last very long :(
