As long as I have been on this planet, you’d think I’d be an expert at going to sleep already, but that is just not the case. It is way too hard for me to settle down and go to bed, and once I get there, I usually lay there and toss and turn for hours, not getting any sleep.The Harkla Sensory Compression Sheet is simply amazing, and has made going to bed, something for me to look forward to.I am using a 15lb, weighted blanket alongside the compression sheet, and it is a really powerful combination. Before I got the sheet, I was using 2, 15lb blankets for a total of 30lbs, and I’m only 112lbs! That’s unhealthy for my body and I was waking up with sore joints. Now that I have the compression sheet, I was able to go back to using a weighted blanket that was more appropriate for my body weight, and increase the amount of gentle and even pressure all over my body.I am also using a 3”, memory foam mattress topper on my twin bed. Getting the sheet on wasn’t difficult at all.The compression sheet feels absolutely amazing, and I’ve never felt anything like it before. It’s such a snug, comforting feeling. It truly does feel like a hug all over my body. I love the stretchiness of the material, it eases my anxiety and satisfies my sensory seeking needs. It also feels nice and cool and breathable, I can’t wait to see how it performs on the hottest of summer days. I like how it is open at the bottom so your feet can stick out. I also sleep with a small fan at my feet, and the sheet kind of acts like a wind tunnel, cooling my entire body. I love this thing! I going have to get another one for a backup. I can’t keep this sheet a secret anymore, I love it so much and it’s totally a game changer. And the amount of quality sleep I am able to get, is well worth the investment!! I have to share this with all my friends and let them know what they’re missing out on.I am a new Harkla customer, and I will be returning!!Edit: 3 months later, we’re now in the summer months, and my compression sheet has lost it’s elasticity. It just kind’ve feels like a loose sheet on the bed. Also, I think they could improve this sheet by making the bottom more closed, but still open so my feet can stick out or get some air. It feels too open and loose down there.

A compression sheet was an absolute game changer for our son. He slept through the night for the first time ever (he was 14) with the compression sheet. Fast shipping, and a quality made product. A pain in the neck to get on, but oh so worth it!Edit to say I had to take two stars away. My special guy has used this sheet for a few weeks now, and is extremely frustrated. I purchased the full size sheet for his full size bed and it's just too short. If he pulls it over his shoulders, his feet stick out. It has caused more sensory meltdowns, and now I am on the hunt for one that will actually cover the whole mattress.Came back to say Harkla has phenomenal customer service. They reached out to me asking how they could help. They suggested sending me a second sheet at no charge to see if that would solve the problem. I received the sheet promptly, and we tried it last night. He stayed in bed all night, and is still sleeping!! Thank you Harkla for caring!

I absolutely love this compression sheet for my son. We've tried weighted blankets in the past, but they always seemed to fall off during the night. This compression sheet stays snug and provides the deep pressure he craves, which helps him feel calm and comfortable all night. The quality is even better than I expected, and it’s really soft and durable. It was a little tricky to get on the bed the first time, but once it was on, it fit perfectly. Highly recommend for any neurodivergent kiddos who need extra comfort while they sleep!

I got this for my son who regularly uses a weighted blanket. He sleeps hot and no matter what "cooling technology" he still tends to sweat with them. I came across this one sale and figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try. I bought one for myself as well. I wasn't a fan of it for me. My son however loves his, he asked me to order another one. It definitely helps calm him at the end of the day and get to sleep quicker. It is a bit difficult to get on the bed by yourself, but not impossible.

Son loveees it! He tends to like sensory feedback, flopping and running into things…with the compression sheet he can get resistance when playing and a constant hug for sleep. We’ll be getting one for his sister as well!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the material. I have an young adult child that has used a compression sheet for years so we've been through quite a few. Some have been tighter and/or better quality than others. I recently ordered this one and this is probably the tightest one we have purchased. I have only had it a few weeks so I can't speak to the longevity yet, but the quality out of the package is really good.

It’s light and breathable material. Easy to put on the mattress. This was recommended by an occupational therapist to us. My son likes to use the compression sheet for a couple of hours then transition to a comforter.

Our son is autistic and loves sensory things. He loves the sensation of being hugged. It’s not super easy to get on, but once on it’s great.
