The main reason I ordered this product, was to be able to charge my PS3 controller while playing and not have to worry about the controller losing power mid game and secondly to have an actual cord that was long enough to reach my system from my playing position. The 10ft cord covers that issue with ease. I have been utilizing this Charger cable for about 4 months now without any issues concerning power loss. If you're looking for a Charger cable and you need a little more length, then this is the cable for you. It was at a great price, I've had positive results and it works for me. I would recommend this cable to anyone.

So far so good at only $3.97 plus s&h :) I've charged my controller about 3 times now and the wire is still flawless. As for shipping, I didn't think it was 10 feet when I got it but thank God I'm not good at judging measurements. It's exactly 10 feet and will defiantly make that stretch from your system to your bed/couch. It also came within 2 weeks in a bagged package that easily fit in our locked mailbox. If I had to I would defiantly buy another.

I wasn't sure whether to buy this or not at first due to some reviews, but I went ahead and bought it, hoping for the best. Let me just say that it was totally worth it! GREAT quality wire, and It's so long (It actually IS about 10ft), I can finally use my controller in peace while it charges! All my controllers are official SONY controllers, and they all charge just fine (fast too!).

This cable does exactly what it says it does and charges my PS3 controller while granting me a nice long reach so that I can play across the living room with the controller plugged in. I have had no compatability issues and it worked right out of the box. Would definitely purchase again.

Charges my PS3 controllers just like I'd expect. It's a nice cable to have for when one of your controllers is dying while you're in the middle of a game. The 10' length is perfect for my gaming setup and lets me charge and play at the same time. I'm not sure why Sony doesn't ship the PS3 with 10' cables.... The short ones make no sense for a gaming system.

This is made in China, although that should not be a reason to assume it is garbage, it might explain the problem that occurs when the controller is connected to the Playstation. The controller will continuously, which means in rapid succession, lose contact with the Playstation (a message saying that the controller is disconnected appears) if the game utilizes the vibration element of the controller too aggressively. I was able to play Soul Calibur 4 and Lego Batman 2 with the controller connected. Borderlands was unplayable.

Works great and is exactly what I needed. Not super pricey like one's I'd get in the store. I love that it cam in 10ft because its the perfect length to use the controller from where your sitting while its plugged in and charging, as apposed to having to stand near the tv to search netflix. It came REALLY quickly in the mail too which was a plus!
