uAttend CB6000 Advanced Employee Time Clock System | RFID Punch Clock with Cloud Connectivity

Love love it!! I purchased this for the company I work for and have been very happy with the results. We had been using the Pyramid system which utilized cards as well. This system is sleeker and performs better. The logo option makes this item look customized and adds a more professional feel. The backend system is user friendly as well. There was no confusion using the Uattend website. I feel this website is more robust than others we have tried in the past. The reports and real time info works well for our purposes. I am the one who runs payroll weekly and have enjoyed using the system.When we first installed the system in the office, we got a lot of ooohs and ahhhhs. It is an attractive setup. We chose to go with the card reader rather than the BIO system. Maybe next upgrade....

This product has never worked from day one. I connected it directly to our internet service station and the device read 'No Connection'. I was told I needed my IT to work with our network and the device due to high levels of security in place. They came in and completed over an hour of troubleshooting, and it still didn't work. I took it home to use my personal network connection to eliminate the firewall concern and it still didn't work. By this time, I wasn't able to return it and never spoke to a live person from the product support time. Do not waste your money.

Had my guys tracking their own time until I saw them on camera actually guessing there times. Smooth transition. All they do is hold up card and are logged in or out. Easy set up and you can create deductions and set up schedule and holidays and leave. Too easy. So simple.

Seller did a great job with the delivery time, no complaint there. However we finally moved shops and went to set up the new time clock machine and seen that there was a mandatory subscription that was required for $34 a month for under 20 employees.When reviewing the install instructions it seems like it would take some time to set up the software and time clock. This is not what we were looking for.2 star due to subscription needed and time needed to set up machine.No complaint on seller and unfortunately this rating will affect them.If you are looking for a simple time card machine that you can just easily export the data from for no additional cost- THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!!!

Moving from our uPunch system to the UAttend so we can streamline our time tracking and stop wasting paper.The setup was quick and took maybe an hour, including getting all the employees added. We went with key fobs and they worked perfectly the first time. I was able to upload our logo to the screen for a custom look.The last few days our ISP has been having connectivity issues and the internet keeps going in and out, apparently, it will not let you log in or out when that happens. So I will have to manually adjust some times once the internet is restored. I would have hoped the system would cache the logins to the local system and then send to the remote cloud once the internet is restored. That's the only reason I am taking a star away.

I have over 10 accounts through uattend and use the CB6000 clocks - love them. Had some 5 years - they're bulletproof. Set up is as simple as you want it to be. Tons of functionality within the system if you want to take the time to play with it. Cost effective and good customer service.

This product is described to run off of Wi-Fi and never mentions a monthly subscription. Do not buy this junk.
