This screen is sold by Vividstorm but was fulfilled by Amazon, using Amazon's shipping (I think it's called Amazon Logistics). The first time we ordered it, Amazon lost the package (how do you lose a 10-ft long box?). So we had to order it again. This time, Amazon's shipping company totally damaged the package, looks like it was dropped or something very heavy caused the middle to buckle. You can see in my photo that it ended up crumpling the screen casing. And just to be clear--I was VERY impressed with how well-packaged the screen was. it was completely wrapped in a thick layer of foam, so the Amazon folks must have seriously whacked it to wrinkle the casing.Anyway, we decided that we would give it a try rather than send it back immediately. Everything works perfectly; the motorized motion does not appear to be impacted by the damage to the casing. The screen itself is beautiful! We are using it in our family room with quite a bit of ambient light, but it's basically as bright and sharp as a TV so we are very happy. Installation was a breeze, although it's not an easy 50 pounds to hold up and install, but my wife and I were able to do it without issue.Adjusting the lower limit is also easy but the instructions are not very clear. If you use a flashlight on left side of the casing, you'll see the little hex-head socket you need to turn (that's what the yellow plastic tool is for!).So in summary: packaging was great enough to survive some heavy impacts during shipping, functionality is great, screen is clear and sharp. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, totally flat screen. There was a very slight wrinkle towards the bottom (presumably from shipping) but we let it hang for a day and it went away.We've been using it for two months now and absolutely love it.

Worked fine for 3 years and now it no longer starts and stops where it's supposed to. Customer support isn't responding either. Avoid this company.

There are 2 dimples on the bottom of the screen where the the screen goes into the black bottom rod. How do we fix this? Also the whole length of the bottom of the screen is wavy. The motor is not snooth but loud.I attached another photo not good workmanship.

Setup was somewhat simple with 2 people. used S hooks for a ceiling mounted setup. Once they were in, it was as simple as lifting onto hooks and plugging it in. Screen drop can be set easily with included tool once screen is all the way down. Each turn lifts screen slightly for a perfect fit. My only small issue is the RF box. its about 1.5 feet from actual screen so its kind of in the way. Once screen is down its not visible in my setup but I wish it were closer to the wall plug since it doesn't need line of sight since its RF and not infrared. Came with a remote control and 12v trigger. I'm using the control since my projector does not have a 12v trigger. Screen is wrinkle free and much better than just projecting on the wall like I was. Not acoustically transparent but I have my wall mounted speakers playing from behind and don't notice any serious loss of quality or movement on the screen. Very happy with purchase overall. Will add pictures of install later.

This review is for the 120" Delux tab-tensioned screen. This screen is a great buy and won't disappoint. The screen arrived on time and was delivered by truck with no problems. There was plenty of packing material for protection considering that the screen comes in a rather lengthy 123" box. I was pleasantly surprised at the large amount of foam encasing the product. I did notice a small ding in the metal housing. There was no damage to the box and the defect was under a foam pad so I think that this is a factory defect. Either way, the damage does not affect the screen and is barely noticeable. The screen does have locking tabs to keep it tensioned in the metal housing during shipment which appears to work well since I didn't see any screen damage. The screen quality is quite acceptable. I purchased a short throw projector for my game room and needed a wrinkle-free screen. The tensioning bands seem to work well and I don't notice any distortion when displaying a test grid. The motorized open/close is smooth with the screen drop easily adjusted. The seller also included a trigger module that lowers the screen when powering on the projector which is a nice bonus. For the price, I highly recommend this screen for someone who wants a good screen with many of the bells and whistles without spending over $1,000.

Good screen for reasonable price but the remote which comes has reverse function and little IR adapter also does not function correctly.

Best to start with the negative. As the photos demonstrate, the screen edge flares out so it isn't square. Additionally, there are winkles in the corners. Pulling the corners down on each side flattens the wrinkle but obviously doesn't change the square issue. Customer service was quick but English is not their first language so it was not my perception that they truly understood American sensibilities when I tried to explain the problem on several occasions. Their tech support suggestion was provided with a single photograph and no clear instruction. Ultimately, they could offer no solution.So as to not forget the positive side, the remainder of the screen is entirely flat and the picture generated using my native 4K projector was beautifully rendered in my opinion. Ultimately, I will utilize some black cloth paint to square the edges and that will fix the issue. I will also remove the end caps and add a little wedge that should remove the wrinkle. Otherwise, a good screen for the relatively inexpensive price.I would add that the screen was quite well packed and protected from any shipping damage. It was delivered without incident and on time.
