Perfect for holding my tens unit
I bought this because the belt clip on my Omron tens pain relief unit broke (and Omron doesn't sell replacement parts for my older tens model.) Turns out, this is much better for holding it. No more worrying about the belt clip slipping off or the unit snagging my shirt. I can wear this over the shirt for convenient access or under the shirt to keep it discrete. The wires for the tens pads conveniently fit through the hole on this that was intended for a headphone wire. I also have a family member who uses these waist packs to carry epi pens. It's a great, convenient little pouch.

Simple !
I really like the simplicity of this phanny pack. I purchased this becuase it said that it was 60” extended. Well I’m 57” round and this is very tight at that. It is elastic so I guess it will work. Just is tighter than I wanted it too be. Fits my IPHONE 11 and money and some tissues and chapstick. Anything else and it’s over loaded. Good for small items. Probably would recommend for heavier set people to choose a different option if you want the wiggle room 😊

For small waists
The product is fine for what its for, however if you have a waist bigger than 30" it will fit, but it will be tight. The reason they say it fits all sizes is because of the elastic band/belt. Sure it'll get around you, but you'll be squeezed around the waist. Which for running is not good. It will cause irritation. For walking around and quick trips its fine. If you are actually going to run any distance and your waist is bigger than say 30" buy something else. Just my $0.02.

Not Big Enough
Even though the product description says "Two fastening sizes supports any waist girth from 24 to 60 inches and stays tight when wearing/wears.", it isn't nearly big enough. I have a 46" waist, and it was way too tight to fit comfortably even when
