Really easy setup. Open bluetooth on phone setting - One Plus Nord CE 5g. Turn on the device. It instantly appears in the available device list and pairs immediately. Thereafter when switched on and off it pairs automatically. In use. It works as far out as 50 feet. But not reliably. Takes a few presses. At the claimed range of 30 feet works every time. So why only 4 stars? It feels a bit light and flimsy. I'm wanting it for one month long holiday. Hopefully it lasts. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Edit. Need to upgrade to 5 stars. 2 weeks into my bike touring holiday I've carried this in my waist pack 24/7. Works flawlessly every time. Power on and it connects in a few seconds Very light and small, and cheap. What more can you ask for?

Excellent gadget. I’m terrible at taking pictures of myself & husband when on holiday, to the point I no longer bother, but this gadget is fabulous & great price

I ordered this to control the camera on my iPhone7. I attach my phone to a spotting scope for bird photography and wanted to be able to sit away from the tripod to avoid scaring the birds. I also wanted to trigger the shutter remotely to avoid camera shake. The unit is really easy to use - turned it on, the bluetooth software on my phone ound it almost instantly and bingo it was paired. I selected the camera and sat a few feet away, pushed the button and bingo, an instant photo! The only minor criticism is that it is made of plastic and the build quality could be better but for the price it is excellent.

Works with my Google pixel 3a, paired easily and was useable immediately (came w battery already inside). It's taken pictures/video from about 6 feet away so far (I haven't tried more) and is generally exactly what I wanted. It shipped fast (came with a little too much packaging) and was a really good price. Great for proping your phone up somewhere to get just the right angle and lighting for multiple shots at a time.

Great gadget - very easy to connect with my iPhone & using that combination I took these photos of a pair of Wheatear (by attaching the phone to a telescope)

works absolutely fine with my iPhone, allowing me to activate the shutter without the dreaded "camera shake".It's tiny size and a wrist strap means you dont even know you have it.Only gripe I have is it needs an on/off sign near the switch.I left mine on accidentally for some time and flattened the battery....easily replaced though....5 Stars*****

This little remote control is fantastic value for money. It’s easy to use. You will never have to ask anyone to take a photo of you again as you can put your phone in position and press the button and you have your picture. I have purchased at least 5 of these for little stocking fillers for Christmas.
