Delta Faucet Classic 2-Handle Widespread Roman Tub Faucet - Chrome Tub Faucet - Chrome T2705 (Valve Not Included)

I am very satisfied with the design, quality and brushed nickel finish. I ran into an installation snag when I discovered the rough-in valve had been installed with one of the valves reversed. I contacted Delta support, and after a number of calls where I was given conflicting information about the appropriate stem (you will need the 1/4 turn stems, not difficult to replace). Once I clarified the required stem, I was still faced with the problem with the cold rough in valve installed 180 degrees, leaving me with two choices: Rip apart the tiled in roman tub deck to access the rough in valve, or use round glass knows which have no "direction". Delta provided me with the glass knobs, without charge. I spoke to my plumber, and he suggested reversing the bottom plate on the stem. This is not ideal (it somewhat reduces the flow of cold water), but given we use significantly less cold than hot when filling the tub it allowed me to use the lever handles without ripping open the tub deck to correct the rough in problem. Overall, we are very satisfied with the trim and were able to solve the problem.

I'll admit that this wasn't my first choice for a trim kit. But, every time I searched this one always came up at about half off. It's pretty basic looking but has a nice finish and makes a major difference when compared to the 90's shiny brass trim kit that was on my tub. I already had Delta valves so it was a simple task of removing the old trim kit and replacing it with this one. The old spout didn't want to come out at first and I discovered that the set screw had a common screwdriver head rather than an Allen head. I probably would have noticed that earlier but the spout is close to a wall so I didn't have a view of it. I only mention this in case you run into the same issue. Speaking of Allen screws - the package comes with an Allen wrench for the handles but the spout set screw is a different size and the wrench wasn't included. OK with me because I had one but if you don't have an Allen wrench set prepare to be upset.

Replaced old style Delta Roman tub faucet (that were gold) with this updated look. I was informed it's better to replace Delta with another Delta brand. I'm thrilled with the look and how easy it was to install! The drain hole was too hard to remove- so I used COAMANUG Bathtub Stopper (also from Amazon) and solved my "gold" problem!

This faucet is pretty!! It matches my sink faucets that are a different brand. I really like how nice the water comes out of it. It’s soft. The only thing missing was the hot/cold handle markers. It would be nice to have those. The difficult part was figuring out how to make a bigger hole for each part than o already had in the tub. Since we were replacing different parts, we had to figure out how to make the hole 1/8 of an once bigger. We got it and it looks great!

This is a great set, for a great price. our tub had chrome with crystal ball knobs installed, and this provided a quick, relatively inexpensive update without having to tear out walls. Two issues (and I am not knocking off stars, because it has nothing to do with the quality of the set). 1) the valves as previously installed on my tub stick up about a 1/8 inch too high, so the handles do not meet the bottom trim plate flush. 2) discovered ball knobs are installed to turn the same direction, counterclockwise. So the hot lever is pulled toward you, the cold pushed away. BUT, I believe all that has to be done is to flip a cartridge inside the stem. Still investigating a fix for this. Otherwise, this a beautiful set, and I love the way the water flows from the faucet.

Great product

Spent time trying to put the trim kit in. Faucets fine. Spout missing parts and therefore is unusable. Now I have wasted time, delayed remodel and the return is suggesting I won’t get all my money back. BEWARE. I wouldn’t buy anything from N4goodprice.

Valves work well, looks nice. Make sure the half moons in the valves are pointed inward toward the faucet, directions don’t really explain that. Also make sure the faucet is all the way down, without a base.

Replaced existing tub taps. They were as advertised and had priced them out at a store in Ottawa. Pricing was very similar and quality was the same.

OMG I received this set and it was amazing high gloss, great quality and great price. We opened it up and wanted our contractor to install it but it did not fit our tub. So disappointing, you wont regret purchasing this product.

Very fast shipping. My wife and I spent countless hours searching for a good priced roman tub faucet and came across this one. Very nice product looks just like the picture, very heavy material not cheaply made with plastic. I only wish that for the high price this would of came with a wand other than that great product and fast shipping. Don't forget you also have to order the rough in valves those are separate. We have not installed the faucet on our tub yet but will update when everything is done.

Quality of this faucet and the handles are obviously very high quality once you handle them. Removed the old components and installed this without having to change out any cartridges or doing any adaptations to be honest. I’m quite happy with the quality of this product and how easily the install was. 100% recommend.
