Liquid IV, Sleep Powder 10 Count, 3.2 Ounce

It works really well, so well that I will probably buy it again. HOWEVER, I truly hope they begin to make this in different flavors because I have to hold my nose while I drink it. Helps me fall asleep but not in a dramatic way that makes me feel groggy the next day. Doesn't give me weird dreams. It would truly be a 5/5 if the taste was better. Edit: I got used to the taste and really kind of like it now. But I probably went through at least 4-5 boxes before I was able to actually enjoy the taste. It works so well still, even after over a year of taking it 4-5 days a week, it deserves 5 stars. I wish it was a little less expensive.

It’s tough for me to go to sleep at a reasonable time, even if I’m exhausted. This definitely helps! At first the taste was weird because you’re expecting it to be as flavorful as the regular flavors, but I really really enjoy the subtle taste now. When added to hot water it’s the perfect night time sip. As part of my routine, I typically add it to a bottle of water and drink 3/4 of it about 30 mins before I’m ready to turn in for the night, or before my night time shower. If I happen to wake earlier in the night for whatever reason, I would drink the small remaining portion. I love these!

When you prepare this, do not drink it if you still need to feed the pets, put the children to bed, wash your face...definitely do not think you have time for a shower. Be in bed. I don't usually find these types of products work for me. I deal with insomnia and have just adjusted to sleeping when I can. My husband works an odd shift. He needs to be able to come in from work and go to bed. I figured we would try the sleepy mix since we like Liquid IV's other flavors. Wow...I drank mine before I had washed my face before bed. When it hit...it hit. I decided no other chores were getting done. I felt woozy and relaxed...suddenly! I had definitely underestimated this stuff! I warned my husband not to make the same mistake I did. I did fall asleep quickly (for me). Unfortunately, I didn't stay asleep for the night and I did have weird dreams. The next time was better, but I just don't think it's for me. My husband, however, loves it. It's a bit pricey. But it seems to work pretty well for him, so I try to keep them on hand (when I can find it). If you have trouble falling asleep, it's worth a try. It did help shut down the usual chaos in my head. (It's like crack hamsters pounding red bulls, while blasting loud techno) The taste is...okay. I was surprised I didn't like it. I don't hate it...just not my favorite. But it's just 8oz. Easy. It would be amazing if they made one that tasted like a fine, well aged whiskey. Just throwing that out there.

Has the regular benefits if Liquid IV that I like: It's cheaper than Gatorade and I feel that it's more effective. It does make me sleepy and chill without being too heavy. This flavor tastes like feet. I chug it down and try not to taste it. Would still repurchase but I wish the flavor was better.

Not the best flavor in the world, but I fall asleep pretty fast and I don't wake up groggy.

I tried the sleep multiplier through a friend who had ordered through the liquid iv website and I was floored by how well it worked. Within minutes my body was COMPLETELY relaxed and I slept wonderfully. I woke up feeling recharged. Not at all groggy. I tried it the next night and again same thing! Naturally I went online on the third day and found it on Amazon and bought it. It took about a week to get to me and I was counting down the days to another good nights sleep. I’ve taken my Amazon sleep multiplier for two nights now, and I don’t know if it’s a different version but I’ve had the two worst nights of sleep ever. The first night I barely got drowsy, and had a fitful nights rest. Then last night I tried it again and couldn’t fall asleep until 5 a.m. and then woke every hour until I had to get up. It was awful!!! I would have been better off with just melatonin but I didn’t want to take more and not be able to wake up with my family. I decided to try ordering it from the liquid iv site like my friend did to see if that would be the problem, maybe I got a older product? I know at it’s best it works, however I have read other people having the same problem in the reviews section. I just wish I could return it since it’s pricey and doesn’t work, but what can you do? I took a picture to show that the box looks exactly like their version so your guess is as good as mine why the Amazon one doesn’t work.

The taste is a bit different so I mix it with flavored sparkling water and that does the trick. I’ve never made it through an entire serving. Kicks in before I can finish and I’m off to bed. Helps me relax and is great on ice.

It works without making you miss your alarm in the morning or feel foggy the next day. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night hungry like I have with sleep aid pills. And plain ol’ melatonin pills have never really helped me fall asleep. The taste will grow on you. But I think it tastes best when I fill up my 40oz cup 2/3s of the way and drink most of it or leave half for the next evening. And it works wonderfully. Highly recommend. I always hear about how sleep type products cause xyz problems in the long run and really hope that this isn’t the case but I guess we will find out 😂
