No indication where it was manufactured. One must assume it's not made in the USA. If it were it would be a big selling point. My bet it was made in China. Why can't all sellers put the country of origin on their product? It shouldn't be that hard. At some point the federal government will mandate this.

Item is as described. They seem to be sturdy for what they are needed for. Good value. Easy to use.

Medium qualtiy
I use this in a general purpose electrical scissor. They. are delicate so don't try to cut anything more than electrical tape or paper labels. But they are pretty sturdy.

Good Medical scissors I use these to cut the stoma Bags our other pair was getting old! These work well for a perfect circle!
