Not working right out of the box
First of all, I received this damaged. Secondly, it doesn’t turn on when I plug it on and flip the switch. I called customer service and they were closed; left a message. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I paid over $400 for a printer that doesNothing!!! I have an event in two days and will have to cancel because of this shoddy piece of junk. So sad and disappointed in this product.

IT’S NOT WIRELESS
It’s not a bad printer. But it doesn’t print wirelessly. You’ll need to buy another device to print wirelessly. An extra $200. However. I recently saw the same printer from a different seller. That included this device. Look around. They’re both the same price.

shipping error
With the printer everything is excellent. However, I received a case that is not the one in the photo, it is double the size and weight of the case that is supposed to be included. I had already ordered this combo before and everything had arrived well.

Amazing quality and price

Good for first time photobooth
Great portable printer for first time photobooth but the media is more expensive and doesn’t last as long as other models.Love the size though. Easy to carry.

You can’t use wireless without buying another component
It was wireless and the bag it came with (shipped separately) is 4 times too big
