I have an exercise room built onto my house. I wanted some nice laminated posters that I could tack on the wall that offered different varieties of exercises for certain equipment in this case the Bosu ball. They look very nice and I'm looking forward to trying the different varieties of exercise exercises that I hope will make me feel better in the long run.

I ordered the body weight, dumbbell, barbell, stretching, kettlebell, and ball workout posters from NewMe Fitness. They are amazing! The paper is thick and very good quality, each one has a laminated glossy finish, and the pictures are clear and organized in an easy to follow manner. These are all 20x30 inches in diameter. They were rolled up nicely, packaged, and shipped in hard containers inside of boxes. There is not one flaw with all six of my posters. I highly recommend if you’re looking to help yourself during workouts or help anyone else with form and a lot of options, buy these and display them!

Great little yoga cheat sheet. Has a lot of great poses. Quality is good
