Awasome US Machine!!!
Very good product, as it look mini but it's use was very hugh. Due to its mini look it is easy to carry and light weight with great efficiency. Thank you Amazon and Medgears for the product!! Really helpful in reducing my Ankylosing Spondilitis pain.

Pathetic Customer Service - issue not resolved since last one month
Product not working after 6 months of use.As per Customer care , I mailed to company to claim the warranty (1 year), but didnot get any reply.Post to that Amazon said they will resolve the issue within 8 working days but neither I got any call nor my product issue got resolved.And not its been a month now and customer care dept saying there is not update in their system for this issue and they need to raise again a new ticket and will take again 8 working days.Pathetic Customer Service Process.There is no assurance or visibility on any issue at their end.

Awesome MEDGEARS product that I purchased from Amazon.I use it since 5 months and it is really good working.

A good short term machine
After exactly a year of using it, the pulse/continuous switch broke in a few days. Some how kept working after that too😏. 10 days ago, the transducers wire started loose contact. Cost = quality. So, can't complain much.
