Pretty good powder, with decent taste. I tend to measure just a little bit more than instructions give so as to give it a more flavorful taste. Its beneficial to add this juice in your water, but its great too making cactus popsicle w/ lemonade! The only caution: make sure to put this in a very air-tight bag as this will collect moisture and harden like taffy in the current bag. Then its a pain to dissolve it to make a liquid in order to use it. Otherwise i recommend!

I use mine as an accent to an orange drink or a flavored iced tea. I bought a qt size glass bottle and mix three teaspoons with one package of no sugar flavoring. I let it sit overnight and then shake vigorously. If you do not do that it clumps until you let it set up and hydrate. You will need to shake each time you pour into a glass.
