Hi, I bought the cover to use at the back of our motorhome and I didn't suffer from any condensation the one time I used it; this may have been due to the fact it was off the ground though and air was able to circulate from underneath.

Yes providing your chain etc is long enough or you can get close to the pipe if using a dlock
