I love this lamp. I use it every night to read, so I have a light that shines directly on the pages of my book. It's out of the way, super bright (but adjustable for dimmer light), and sits easily atop my headboard. It's small but mighty, and the cord stays out of the way while also easy to adjust/turn the light on and off.

So far so good. I like the fact that it has a dimmer and the neck bends but you can tell it is sturdy and will not break over time. I did not realize that most large reading lights you can not change the bulb. Once the bulb goes out you have to throw them away. I had a beautiful well made rose gold reading light clipped to my bed and once the bulb went out. I had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste everything was perfect except for the bulb. So after I realized that most are like that I decided to purchase this one. So not only is it a nice light but it cuts down on waste. For a society that cares about waste and the environment maybe we should stop making everything disposable and have things last for generations to come. Anyway I would buy this again

My fabric headboard is attached to the wall so this light fits easily and snugly in the narrow gap between headboard and wall. Also can twist it so the light doesn’t disturb my husband. The light is bright, concentrated and a very warm temp.

These were SUPER simple to put together and install, and the dimmer dial and adjustable neck offer a ton of control for your reading experience. Plus they came with the bulbs! I think they’re improperly balanced though, and the backer plate doesn’t quite counter-balance the head and neck the way it needs to. I ended up velcroing the lamps down to ensure they stayed put. I also think these are WAY bigger than the product photos make them seem. The head is about the size of my palm! I thought they were going to be dainty but they’re quite substantial. Something about the gold looks a little “cheap” in real life compared to photos as well. They don’t look bad by any means, just surprised me when I opened the box Finally, I was grateful that there was some foam in the box that could be used to protect between the wall and the backer plate. There’s a little sticky foam strip in there, but I used the bigger foam block as that filled my space better. I don’t think the bigger foam block was intended for this, I think it was just in there to protect the lamps in transit, so it’s not adhesive; I had to use more Velcro for that to stick the bigger foam block to the backer plate. Overall these are nice, work as intended, and I do think they elevate our space and make the room feel like we’re tucking in for a hotel getaway every night

This light is absolutely perfect for reading in bed. It is designed for headboards (mine is 3" wide), and it fits snugly. They even include a foam block, which can be cut to the desired thickness, protecting the wall behind the bed. The electrical cord is a good length, and the on/off/dimmer switch is within easy reach of the lamp itself. The light is extremely bright (I have not needed to have it on the highest setting), and the gooseneck extension moves easily into any position. Some reviews have mentioned a flickering light, but that hasn't been the case with mine. The light has been steady every time I've used it. All in all, this has been an outstanding reading light. Highly recommended.

This is a great idea actually, but I have no idea what type of head board is suitable for it. Certainly not mine! I have a tufted headboard, and the back is covered in fabric. Nothing in this world will keep the metal plate stuck to the back of my headboard. Not even the ever-useful duct tape!! Maybe if you have a solid wood headboard?? It's a shame because it really is a great idea. I was just afraid it would fall on my head in the middle of the night!

Innovative lighting for my convenience perfect over and behind my headboard. Finally happy to be able to read my books with ease and able to adjust the light how I like it. The size and the gold color option goes well with my bedroom aesthetic. The weight on this Solfre light is perfect and easy to wipe clean. Follow the directions it comes with the necessary thick pad to put behind the light base so you can adjust it against the wall behind your bed so it won't move as much. It's a creative and functional item worth the money. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This is a gem in form, fit, and function. A true find in an era of cheaper plastic housings on this variety of lamps— this is metal! The dimmer dial works excellently to set the light level; I can aim it where I need it; the body and neck are out of the way, but the light is spot on. Some others commented about the location of the on/off (dimmer) dial. Still, it is perfectly positioned, right in reach as I sit up, supported by pillows and reading with good posture. Would buy again, hands down.

Compre este artículo porque mi esposo lee por la noche, y esta lampara resulta muy buena para nosotros, porque yo me puedo dormir, sin que me moleste la luz. Además me gusto porque no tienes que taladrar la pared para que la lampara se quede en su lugar, es muy funcional , si tienes una cabecera.

Works brilliantly with my daughter's headboard. Great and simple concept for sticking the foam behind on the vertical plate. Excellent quality also and we love that it's dimmable and came with the lightbulb. Could be nicer if cable was white instead of black ( who wants a black cable to blend with their home colours?)

This item does exactly what I wanted it to do. It clamped onto my three inch thick headboard. It is a perfect reading lamp

Surprisingly happy with the headboard lamps. They fit perfectly and I have had no problems after several months. Love that they’re dimmable. Easy to assemble and attach. Frees up space on the night table not having to have a lamp there.
