Master Locks is a reliable Brand
First of all it has to be said that the lockbox comes in weapons grade packaging, it is fiercely tough to unwrap but then so is the actual lockbox fiercely tough too. It's well made, and very robust and easy on the eye. Comes with screws too and just needs four holes ( and plugs ) and voila it is fitted. Setting a code is easy, don't use the same number twice since it only works once . Many possible combinations and includes the pound key and hash so loads. Altogether a good product and well made, Perfect to leave a key either for front door or garden, and you can change the combination any time. All round excellent product at under £30. Looks and feels well made, but with some drawbacks
Purchased so that carers could enter my parents house if the door was not answered. Safe looks well made and has a black rubber cover to protect it from the rain. 4 screws are provided but I decided to use slightly larger ones for greater security. Selecting code numbers is easy however they can be entered in any format, E.g. code 6435 - entering 3456 or 6543 will also open safe door. Apparently though there are still some 4000 combinations bearing this in mind. The other drawback is that the code needs entering again to close the lid.

Great and Secure
This is a great device. Quick access and easy to use.Tip for added security:After you lock it up, hit one wrong digit. That way any first attempt of a PIN would be wrong.So if you use 1968 as a year of birth (not recommended) and someone knows this and tries it.When you lock up and hit 2, they would unknowingly be trying 21968, hopefully then ruling 1968 out.Your password becomes clear (c) + PIN. Adds an extra layer.

PACKAGE ARRIVED 'SECURELY' PACKAGED, EXTERNALLY LOOKS STURDY, RUGGED UNIT, BUT I WOULD COMMENT THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTING/MOUNTING ARE A BIT UNCLEAR/CONFUSING AT FIRST, HOWEVER REASONABLE INTELLIGENCE TELLS YOU HOW TO FIT THIS AND AT LEAT ALL THE INSTALLATION BITS ARE INCLUDED. FITTING/MOUNTING IS RELATIVELY STRAIGHTFORWARD AND OPERATIONAL DETAILS ALTHOUGH SLIGHTLY MORE INVOLVED THAN MANY SIMILAR KEY SAFES ARE EASY TO REMEMBER ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT. GOOD, STURDY PRODUCT THAT LOOKS THE PART

Sturdy and easy to use.
If you are OK at DIY you should have no issues putting this on a wall. If you are placing on a brick/concrete block wall you will need wall plugs as these are not provided, or replace provided screws with suitable masonry direct screws. Cannot comment on longevity as only just installed unit.

Waste of money and crap customer service.
Set this up and fitted to the wall. Doesn’t lock. I’ve contacted the company and I’ve not had a reply for over two weeks. Avoid this type of key safe. Crap.

Not impressed
Unfortunately this is now not able to used - followed instructions to install and key in a code - had tested with the code before screwing to the location just to be sure worked, once screwed in place tested again and didn’t work using the code. By coincidence a few weeks later tried again and it worked so locked it again and guess what went to try again knowing it was still the same code and stopped working - luckily no key in but it’s a complete dud and not worth the hassle or money!!
