Good customer service/care
The item I received wasn’t as expected . However the customer service is brilliant and they helped with returning. Although I can’t comment on product as such , apart from it was a manufacturing issue and not the fault of the company . For this reason I feel the company deserves a good review for the handling of everything in a polite and professional way .Thank you

A potential issue with the door contact
After a couple of years it developed a fault. It started failing to recognise when the door was properly closed, so it would not switch on. As a result, the door now has to be opened and closed several times before it starts working, which suggests the door contact has become faulty.

A beautiful retro, cute and practical microwave
A beautiful and very functional microwave. It does everything I want and it is very easy to use as you can see on the photos. It is small and compact but big enough to fit plates, bowls, microwavable dishes. Jacket potatoes cook in 11 or 12 minutes. To reheat a soup bowl, about 2 minutes. So even if it is only 700 watts, it works fine. You even have the defrost function and 6 levels of power. Ideal and so cute! Mine is grey, with a mirrored glass in dark grey and chrome handle and knobs. I strongly recommend it and I only paid 67 pounds, so it did not break the budget. Well done, Russell Hobbs.

Auf keinem Bild oder Beschreibung ist ersichtlich das das Gerät ohne Adapter bzw. mit englischer Steckerversion hier im deutschen Amazon angeboten wird. Es stand lediglich Bedienungsanleutung eventuell nicht in deutsch.
