I've been using this product for a good few months now. My preference as I wanted a low carb/sugar option. It is high in protein & low in carbs & it tastes delicious! I use the strawberry & the salted caramel options. This makes it easy to sustain! It's easy to mix up in my shaker cup thing. I add collagen powder & creatine powder in along with it. Definitely helped in my weight loss & now management.

However, it’s not the best choice if you’re sensitive to artificial sweeteners or expecting dramatic fat-loss effects from the added ingredients.

this one is decent and mixes well like the other flavours. texture is smooth and no issues with clumping which is always a plus. only thing for me is it’s slightly on the sweeter side, not bad but depends what you like. still drinkable and does what you need it to do. would still use again just maybe try a different flavour next time.

Easy to mix with water and taste like an actual milkshake. There’s also a scoop that makes measuring easier.

Tastes really lovely. Popped 1 scoop into my blender, some ice and milk blended for 30secs and was really smooth

I really didn't like it textures not nice leaves a horrible taste

200ml cold water, 50ml semi-skimmed milk, 25g powder = lovely tasting shake, 125kcal, 22g protein. Got 450g for £10.40 - so that comes in at under 60p per shake!

It's an fantastic way of losing some weight and it's even better cos it's on subscription every month

Ich habe diesem Produkt 2 Sterne gegeben. Der Hauptgrund ist, dass mir der Geschmack überhaupt nicht gefallen hat – es hat für mich stark nach „Käse“ geschmeckt, obwohl ich die Geschmacksrichtung Erdbeere bestellt hatte. Wegen dieses unangenehmen Geschmacks konnte ich es nicht weiter verwenden. Außerdem fand ich den Fettgehalt relativ hoch. Wenn Ihnen der Geschmack nichts ausmacht, ist es vom Preis her in Ordnung, aber für mich war es leider nicht
