Product is amazing if pods aren’t defective.Second time planting pods. The first pack purchased 1 pod did not grow.I repurchased on 9/30. It is currently 10/19, 1 pod grew + 1 pod slowly doing its thing. 19 days in, this shouldn’t be.Product team need to reassess.Thank you.

I love these pods but they grow differently. And be prepared to pot the faster growers or they take over

I’ve purchased four boxes of pods with no issues. This purchase was a disappointment. Only two of six have sprouted after 4 weeks of growing and feeding.

Twice now I have purchased pods from amazon and they were not sealed with loose pods rolling around. This particular set the dirt in the pods were out, and as I grow them now, I have no idea if I put the right dirt in the right labeled pod. Not a problem I hope later, but still initially frustrating.I've also previously grown the same set which guarantees everything will grow, but the oregano died pretty early in the budding stage I probably should have contacted, but it's abit of a hassle to write a business about how the guarantee is untrue. Another interesting thing is some plants will have ridiculous over large roots not mentioned in the info packet. what happens is that the Basil and Celery (in this case) took over the entire, water area with their roof systems and Just take all water after they get to a certain point. Which would have been useful to know that ahead of time as a first time user. Great gift idea overall, and if I could afford if I would get the big giant multi-pod garden.

I love cooking with herbs and love that I can grow some great herbs indoors with my aero garden. This pack has a lot of my favorites including basil, mint, oregano, and thyme. There’s also parsley and something called savory though not really sure what it’s supposed to be and don’t think I will know because it’s not growing at all. That’s my only complaint about the set. As you can see the rest of the herbs are growing very nicely. The basil expands exponentially every day! And the mint is growing really well also.

This basil is so sweet and easy to grow. It grows fast and you will need to keep it trimmed.

I really like the ease of having fresh basil in the kitchen. This last batch only 2 out of 3 plants produced so I wasn’t really happy but overall, the other two plants were big!

Of the six I purchased. Two literally rotted in the pod. And I’ve used these before so not sure what happened. I couldn’t return because my return window closed. But germination was two weeks and I was giving them time to sprout. All 6 planted the same day and fertilized. The pods must have been bad because they sort of molded over.

These pods sprouted super quickly (like within two days!) after I planted them and have grown into lush and flavourful basil plants that produce lots of leaves (I can harvest a decent amount every few days). If you're interested in growing lots of basil in your Aerogarden I recommend these pods - perfect for pesto! The plants aren't super tall but they've got quite a few leaves so I'm very pleased with them. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Only came with a four domes when there should have been 6. Contacted company about the issue. They promptly sent a new kit which was great but that kit only 3 domes. They wanted me to return one of the kits but I couldn’t access account to print label. Then was charged for the second kit. This company needs better quality control. As well, my thyme wouldn’t grow.

This is the fourth seed kit I’ve tried from Aero Garden and rack pack has at least one pod. It sprout. This pack, 4 (of 9) did not sprout. They have a guarantee so you can get these replaced, but it takes time to get them to Canada (1 month once) so the rest of the garden has grown too tall to even use the new seeds when they arrive.I’m guessing it’s related to the way these are packaged. Thrown into a box where they move around and their seeds fall out in speckled of dirt and even sometimes the whole thing comes apart in the box. (Only one box wasn’t like this and in that box only one seed pod didn’t sprout.)Not impressed with the quality. But they have unseeded pods and these work well to plant your own seeds in.

Excellent customer service when I had two separate pods not grow. I contacted Aerogarden via their web site and packaging promise. The next thing I knew, there was an email of my order, and two days later, two replacement seed pods arrived at my home. I’ve got them growing I hope down in there! Also, I have been eating a bit of lettuce, using the Thai Basil already, and the thyme is almost ready, with the oregano hot on its heels! The best thing is my heirloom tomato plant has at least 3 buds coming along. See the pic!So easy to set up and use. The visual timer on the front tells me when I should change the water and when to fertilize. So easy for such awesome results!!

J'adore pouvoir avoir des fines herbes toutes fraîches pour cuisiner nos plats préférés.Cet envoi m'a déçu parce que 2 des 9 pods avaient l'interieur completement sortis librement dans la boites donc il m'est impossible de savoir lequel est lequel.Je ne pense pas recommander via Amazon.Je vais regarder une autre façon de me procurer les pods.
