Are they true black lights? Meaning will white object glow in their presence? I want them for Halloween

they may work but I would use them for décor and buy the higher watt (REAL) black light to be on the sure side , these would have to be in a real real real dark room to be affective enough. OK

Do these get very hot? My sister has clear incandescent C9 bulbs that are warm, but you can leave your fingers on them.
