Cartridges arrived in a small box. Each cartridge was individually wrapped properly. No instructions included.Other reviews mentioned that installation can be messy. 4 of the 5 cartridges had no issues, but the blue cartridge leaked quite a bit. Fortunately I had prepared the area in advance, but I still got some ink on my hands. I recommend wearing disposable vinyl/latex gloves. If you do get ink on your skin, it is very difficult to get out. I had to use some diluted bleach.One of the chips on the cartridges had fallen off and therefore did not work initially. Fortunately, I was able to find the chip in the box and reattaching it to the cartridge was not too difficult. You can tell from your old cartridge what the orientation for the chip should be. there is one notch and one hole on the chip - slide the notch against the small plastic post on the cartridge and then press down on the chip so that the other plastic post passes through the hole.I have only printed 1 8 page document so far. Quality is fine - doesn't seem as sharp as previous documents, but I don't see any streaking/bleeding. There is very minor banding in large sections of solid color (I've attached two examples of the banding). Hue/saturation/contrast are all fine.I did see another review mention that longevity was an issue. I don't print often, but if the inks do fail/dry out quickly I will revise.

I am so happy to have found this ink. I got two full packs of every cartridge for way less than half of what the name brand costs. I checked the compatibility list beforehand to make sure my printer was listed, and it was, but I almost thought these weren't compatible when I changed the first one. The only reason being that the indicator light on the print head did not light up when I installed the cartridge. But it still worked! And my printer software shows the appropriate ink levels. As I have changed other cartridges out, it just seems like some of them make the indicator light turn on, and some of them don't, but they all WORK. I haven't yet made it through a full one yet, but that would indicate the longevity to be very good. To the seller, Thank you so much for having affordable ink!

It shouldn't be this hard to find compatible, off brand printer cartridges. The price was good on these so can't complain about that. However, my printer gives an error when they are put in the slot. Fortunately it will still print so that's a huge relief bc I thought I was going to have to send them back. On pins and needles every time I print though hoping they continue to work.

Clips right in to my Canon printer. Recognized as it should be. Prints well enough for a printer more than 10 years old that doesn’t get used much. Costs what ink should cost.Only negative is some ink spilled when removing the seals. Be sure to have a rag / paper towels underneath the ink cartridge when you unseal it. It might be an issue only because of the altitude here in Colorado.

These ink cartridges fit perfectly in my printer. First giveaway: They don’t light up. Secondly, they don’t work at all!

I replaced all five ink cartridges on my Canon iP4500. The PGI-5BK cartridge leaked two drops upon twisting off the orange cover (I opened them inside a big box in case of leakage). None of the others leaked at all. The printer recognized them and I was able to print a color document with no issues. Considering the huge difference in price compared to Canon ink, I'm impressed. Will update if there are any problems in the future.

I had to return these cartridges. My printer would not print anything. I don't believe is was the sellers fault. My printer just decided to die. I returned cartridges, even the ones I had opened, and was given a full refund.

The ink arrived quickly and was reasonably priced. So far, the only dislike that I have is the ink runs out very quickly using my Canon Pixma MX 700 Printer. For example, I printed an 8x10 color picture and the Cyan ink cartridge was completely emptied.
