Whitmor 3 Tier Shelving Unit, Metal Shelving, Adjustable Wire Shelving

There are so many choices for these types of metal shelf racks and I’m sure most of them are all similar. But I went for this one since I liked the black coloring. The metal construction on this one is super solid. Good overall thickness and durability. I forgot the actual shelf rating but feel like it could easily hold up to 300lbs or more when weight is evenly distributed. I’m using mine to store a bunch of those large plastic organizer totes which are loaded with a bunch of heavy items inside as well as tools, etc. and the shelves hold it up no problem. I have confidence in the strength of the shelves and have no worry in it ever breaking. Typical adjustment style enable custom spacing, with a good overall height. Has little screw on adjustable feet and the top of the bars come with push-in caps to cover the holes. Assembly on these types of shelves are super straightforward and takes only a few minutes. The metal construction feels premium and looks good in the black color. If I ever need more storage racks, I would definitely buy this again.

I am one of those 80-year-old "old ladies," who thought this looked like an easy assembly job. All the parts were included, but the instructions were poorly written. If it weren't for the reviewers' comments that the picture on the instructions made it appear that the shelves should be installed the OPPOSITE of how they appeared in the picture. At first, I assembled the entire set & was disappointed about how shaky & unstable it was. Once I went back to the reviews, I realized that I had installed them upside down. It was an easy job to take it apart & place the shelves in the correct position. Now I feel confident in the stability of these shelves. Terrible instructions, but thank goodness for the well- written reviews!

Very strong shelves. I used only two shelves to store water bottles. The bottom with three 5-gallon and the top three 3-gallon water bottles. Assembly is a breeze. Fit nicely next to the water dispenser. Very stable with all six water bottles in place.

Great addition to our laundry room. Had to readjust the shelf support brackets a couple times while assembling, which was mildly aggravating, but overall it's pretty simple to put together. Uneven floor in the room was no issue, as the feet are adjustable, so was easily able to even it out. Seems pretty well constructed and holds a lot of items.

Very sturdy and works well for my pantry. Not hard to assemble.

These shelves are fantastic—loaded them full of pantry items and there’s no sagging at all. Assembly was easy with no tools required, and the adjustable grid shelves make organizing simple. I paired them with the 14x36" GORILLA GRIP ShelfGuard liners (fits perfectly), and now everything stays neat and stable. Very solid and durable—great for the kitchen, garage, or basement.

Love it! It's simple looking (and simple to assemble) and looks modern with large, heavy baskets placed on it. Easy to adjust and very sturdy. Would buy again.
