Exactly as advertised. My seeds are growing well already.

The light is clip on only so you need to have something fairly stable with a lip to clip the light on to as it does not have a "base" of it's own. I found table or counter to be adequate. It has 2 flexible arms that are easily manipulated and do a good job of staying in whatever position you move them too. The controller has buttons for on/off, timer and brightness. For the price point you can't expect anything too bright. These worked great for getting clones to root and initial vegging like you would a small seedling but you won't get much further without something more powerful. There are primarily whitish LED diodes with a few red. Light does appear to be full spectrum. Timer works well but having option for 18 hours would have been very helpful but longest is only 12 hours. You do have to click the button to turn it on so unfortunately you can't plug it into a timer to get it to cut on/off. All in all it's a good product for what it is and should work well for smaller plants or something you just need to supplement but aren't expecting big growth or light demand from.

Love this grow light

The timer on these works. It only turns off after the set amount of time, doesn't turn back on, so if you are looking for lights that cycle 12 hours on/off automatically then keep looking. The brightness level is pretty decent, I use this to help because my plants are several feet from a window. I wouldn't recommend this light as the only light source for your plants because it's just not bright enough. My biggest gripe is that the power adapter wall plug died after a few weeks of use. It just stopped turning on this morning. I swapped it for another adapter since I have a few laying around but it was very frustrating since I haven't had this light set very long. It needs an adapter with at least 5.0v output, so you can't just get a cheap 2.5v one somewhere. Hoping this was just a fluke but if your light randomly stops working try swapping the adapter before you trash the whole thing.

I have been buying this lamp for years for my plants. I love the flexibility and it is not really heavy. With the adjustable lighting options it is beneficial to my photos. The timer is nice when I am out of time. The only negative is the the cord, it length could be longer and sometimes it can stop working.

This product is junk. Don't buy it. It is not strong enough. Your plants won't survive on this. Throwing it away.

Product quality is good, I am not sure about the required result since I am using only for 2 weeks but it is easy to place anywhere, moveable, the claimed that it has 6000K, lets see the rsults till now working fine later ill add my comments after using it long
