If you wear a New Balance 608 shoe style this lace is perfect! It fits much nicer than the factory lace that is really too long, in my opinion. The ends fit into the holes and loops on the shoes perfectly and they allow for a "double tie" if you like using that kind of knot on your shoe. A single or double tie will work with these laces. Either way is fine. The laces seem like they are made from sturdy material and should last quite some time. The laces are not for hiking through water, mud, etc. Think of these laces as "fair weather" friends. They will be fine for walking/running through rain or snow. I sure wouldn't submerse them in water/moisture for long periods of time. They are nice. I would recommend them for purchase.

Just like the ones on my Nikes and others. Measure your old laces and count the # of holes in your shoes and you will do fine. I had to order laces that were 1 inch shorter than those that I had. They worked great!

These turned out to be bright navy and not dark blue.

These laces are for running shoes that I don't wear every day. These laces in those shoes have been used no more than 4-5 times for about an hour each time. They broke. Furthermore, unlike some laces, there's no period of deterioration, they just snap with no warning. I also waxed them with a candle, since I tie them with a snug loop pattern that would be quite abrasive if I didn't. By comparison, the laces that come with the shoes last about two years under these same conditions. Hopeless, I'll never buy them again, and super-expensive for what you get too.

The quality is awesome and the shape holding up. The colour is also as presented and lovely!
