I purchased this laptop so I can sit in my easy chair and use it. I can no longer sit for long periods at the desktop. The laptop is exactly as advertised and it does everything that fits my needs. The touch screen is especially useful. The large hard drive means that I will not need many external drives for storage.

UPDATE. Very disappointed that the battery wouldn't charge after less than 6 months!!So far I love this computer. So very easy to get it setup and my files were transferred from my old computer very easily. It was supposed to be delivered between June 17th and June 22 and it arrived on the morning of the 17th so I was very happy about that. I use my computer mostly for social media and quicken and everything is going smoothly. The price was great for all that I got so I'm very happy with it.

This computer is perfect for my job. I love the lightweight feel but it isn't too small. The touchscreen is also very convenient. I would recommend this product

I bought item and it said new. When I open the box it was a refurbish unit...at a high price, no way sorry sending back.

This would of been a nice laptop had it not been damaged in shipping. It really could of been packaged better by Amazon to avoid this. I did receive a full refund.

The Computer is great, Nica and Ready to go. I was surprised not to get any paper work or even a manual with it, but I guess everything is online now these days, time to get with the times, right!? It seems easy enough to use, plenty of storage space, good navigation and a fairly decent price.

the touch pad includes buttons so you don't have to depend on the thing recognizing simple gestures. It does recognize multi-touch gestures so you can click with one tap or right click by taping with two fingers; yet whether it works or not depends on the mood of the thing at that moment. Even moving the cursor by moving your finger across the pad sometimes works, some times it doesn't. Most of the time I have it over a desk and use it with an external mouse, but when I am not I remember why I started using an external mouse.I got this device to try things intended for mobile devices, so the touch screen was a big point as it would let me try things as if I was using the mobile device screen. When moving a single finger over the screen sometimes it acts as if I right-clicked on the screen for no reasonBesides that, everything else seems and feels nice so far and the 'Optane memory' really speeds things up, making it almost as fast as a ssd as announced
