Need a floor covering for a somewhat upmarket shed and storage area that was going to be heated so extra insulation was also required. These look like they would do the job and they do, They are quite hard feeling vinyl material and the 12mm thickness makes them a fair insulator. The dimensional accuracy of the jigsaw parts is not perfectly accurate, but the supplied hammer allows the tiles to interlock easily. Note: If you need to take one up, always lift it upwards to separate the interlocks before lifting from the floor, otherwise they become difficult to separate. They do smell quite strong, but hopefully this will disperse after a time. A lot of the tiles did have what I think are small metal flakes on, presume this is from the press/moulding process. They tiles cut easily to size, and you will need to cut all the perimeter edges where it meets a wall etc. if you want it took look neat. Did try their recommend 'Stanley' knife and a jigsaw but this was hard and doesn't give a good result. Instead used a portable circular saw. bench The use of the rip fence allows repeated accurate cuts each time, so a hard job becomes easy and quick with the right tools! Just make sure you cut the right side, used a correctly cut one as a template for orientation. Overall, pleases so far with these, and the delivery was time was good. Its a pity they don't do smaller sizes though, as found had to cut up whole ones just to do a small edging, although will use the waste part elsewhere on another project. Also be nice to have a simple edging strip similar to their ramp edge. Would I buy again? Yes.

Flooring arrived on a pallet and was rolled into my garage by the delivery driver using an electric pallet truck. Laying the flooring is very easy as they go together well. What takes time is all the cuts for the edging. I used my cordless circular saw which worked very well. I started laying from the front to the back wall centralising so I could get cuts for both side edges out of one tile. The tiles are made from recycled plastic and do have some flecks of other colours, they aren't really noticeable when installed. The plastic has a strong smell which I imagine will fade with time. Overall I recommend this system.

These do carry out is main function of protecting and insulating the floor however not the solid black colour I was hoping for. More like shades of grey. Also worth noting they are a hard plastic in case you are thinking they have a ‘rubberised’ feel as this is not possible to tell from photos alone.

The quality of the tiles is good and the pack for a 3x6m garage was excellent value. Fast delivery. Very pleased with the finish. Really makes a big difference to the look and feel of the garage. Thoroughly recommended.

Not laid yet waiting for better weather to empty garage before laying. Great kit for single size garage. Seem very good quality. Time will tell. Delivered on a pallet so ideal for storing outside covered up till needed. Would recommend this company as very pleased.
