Original Persian Nougat (Gaz/Gas) In 1lb (16oz) (454g) Box

I spent a lot of time in the military traveling the middle east, and grew accustomed to a lot of the flavors. This, and the saffron brittle with some strong tea reminds me of some wonderful times with the local people.

They were fresh I loved them about to order more

The picture on box shows traditional item in normal shape with plenty of pistachios.What you get is not even nougat, it's just sugar. No rose flavor.Very few pistachios cut in narrow strips.

I've been wanting some of these for years and finally found these here. Reviews looked good and I was hoping to get a fresh batch so i ordered. I was unlucky. First few I tried were hard. They sat outside a while when delivered so I let them get to room temp. Even at room temp, still hard. Also a lot of them had open wrappers too. I'll just eat the soft and unopened ones. Extremely disappointed with this purchase

It tastes fine, but is dry or stale or something. Maybe it’s been sitting in the heat for too long or something? I don’t know, but it doesn’t have the correct consistency - not too hard and not too soft. This is too hard in my opinion. Maybe I just got a bad batch.. but it’s frustrating because you can’t exactly return it after you’ve opened it and tried a piece. I’ll be searching elsewhere for better gaz in the future.

Great gaz, was recieved in excellent shape. I must rave about the company's great customer service.There were some issues and they handled it right away and with great care!

I love it. I like that they're individually wrapped so they're not all covered in flour like other gaz candies, cuz that can get messy. My bf is Persian and he's been eating gaz for years & he loves them. This is my 2nd buy of this item cuz they went pretty fast at our house.

Candy is impossible to chew, literally hard as the proverbial rock. Inreturnable; threw it in the garbage. Don’t buy from this vendor!!!!!
