Kalita #13127 Coffee Filter, FP102 Filter Paper, For 2-4 People, 100 Sheets, White

This filter really does work very well for my pour over coffee brewer. It gives my coffee a clean flavor and it doesn't drain too quickly due to its thickness. It is thicker than your standard store-bought grocery store filter.

Using these with my Zojurushi DAC-50 (5 cup) coffee maker and they fit perfectly. I like the weight of the paper (thick but fast flowing) and the size is exact. I had some from Daiso which were very similar to original Hario v60 paper but the size was weird and didn't fit the cone well. Coffee is great with these and priced fairly for what they are.

These are good quality dinners which fit the Kalita 102 perfectly. Just make sure to rinse them before making the actual coffee.

The filters are 5 out 5! I used them daily for 6 years, and I am happy about these filters, especially when paired with Kalita Style Coffee ceramic dripper with Carrotez Silicone Cup Cover Lids. I am taking one star off as it took 2 full days to deliver the filters despite they were initially said would be delivered the following day. You know how is it to be out of filters for a coffee lover! If I knew they it is 2 days, I would simply buy some filters from a local store.

These coffee filters taught me using the right one makes a difference you can taste.

全自動コーヒーメーカーのツインバードCM-D457Bを購入したので扇形フィルターを4種類ほど購入した。 こちらのカリタ FP102の他には以下の3種類。 ・ カリタ コーヒーフィルター ホワイト NK102濾紙 ・ メリタ ペーパーフィルター 100枚入 ホワイト PA1×2G ・ 三洋産業 THREE FOR 耳付きコーヒーフィルター W-102 結論から述べれば、ツインバードCM-D457BにはカリタFP102が最も使いやすい。 理由はツインバードのドリッパーにはカリタの102が最もフィットするからだ。 一応それぞれの特徴について簡潔に述べてみる。 ・カリタNK102：良いところは最も安い。100枚入りで140円。コスパ重視なら圧倒的。大きさもカリタFP102とほぼ同じなのでフィット感も良いが欠点もある。他のペーパーと比べて薄い。ペラペラなので1枚ずつ取り出す時に剥がし辛いこともあって地味にストレス。生地が薄いせいなのかドリップすると張り付いて湯落ちの速度も悪く抽出に最も時間がかかる。 ・メリタ PA1×2G：さすが老舗メーカーで全て平均以上。適度に厚く取り出しやすいし2重閉じ構造で折りやすい。味も安定して良い。ただ画像を見ての通りカリタ102と重ねると若干大きいのがわかる。なので閉じ線に沿って折るとツインバードのドリッパーには収まりが悪く、設置する時に稀に引っかかったりする（画像参照） ・三洋産業 THREE FOR102：耳付きで最も使いやすい。同社の有名なアバカフィルター同様に味も美味しい。とくに浅煎り豆はこのフィルターが最も美味しく感じた。ただ3～5人用だけあって最もサイズが大きくツインバードのドリップには収まりが悪かった。 ・このカリタFP102はNKの欠点を補ってメリタと使いやすさと味でフィット感も良かった。 正直に味に関しては、カリタNK以外は繊細な味覚を持っていない限り気にならないレベル。 まとめると 値段：カリタNK＞カリタFP＝メリタ＞三洋 味：三洋≧カリタFP＝メリタ＞＞カリタNK ツインバードでのフィット感：カリタ＞メリタ＞三洋 総評 ハンドドリップで扇形ドリッパーを使用するなら、耳付きで使いやすくて味も良い三洋のスリーフォーを使用する。しかしツインバードで使用するのであれば、わざわざ短めに折ったりする必要もないカリタFP102が私の最適解となった。
