Very good tool
This is a fantastic tool for the price I paid ($40) - at the hardware store these are $100. It doesn't come in any branded packaging, which isn't a problem for me. If these are refurbished, there's no way to tell from the exterior of the tool, no defects or "refurb" stamps or anything .If I had to guess, I'd say these are probably units that had issues in the QC/QA validation process and had to be reworked. My only complaint is that these are a little heavy and large - I'm using it for electronics, so a smaller more nimble tool would be better. But this just means that the tool will work in a wider range of applications.

Love it So Much I Bought 2
For the price, you can't beat it. This is my most used tool in my arsenal. Smaller than a full size drill-driver but powerful enough to do the job. I use this almost daily. Assembling RTA furniture. Hanging pictures. Anything you wish around the house. Can it remove lug nuts off a truck? No. Can it countersink a 6" screw into timber? No. Battery lasts FOREVER too. I bought a 2nd one for my house since my 1st one is in my shop. Great intro to the Milwaukee M12 lineup.

Adjustable torque, and plenty of it! This unit is da bombe!
This is my favorite drill/driver. I've got 3 of 'em. I've had others, including Bosch. Quick change, plenty of torque, and adjustible torque so you don't strip stuff off like screws on electrical plate covers. You won't be disappointed in this drill/driver.

Perfect for when an impact is too much!
Appliance repairman here. This is a massive step up from other powered screwdrivers I've tried. This is easily my most used tool, and I absolutely love it. The chuck is quick to use, and the power selection ensures I don't strip out soft plastic when reassembling machines. Light is handy when a little bit of light is all that's needed, and the onboard battery indicator ensures I'm never surprised by a dead battery. This is a fantastic tool.

Works well and handy.
I just got it, but it came off the truck in the middle of a major project. It's holding it's ground with powered tools far more superior than it. I needed it for it's small size. So far it's standing it's ground. Great little screw driver gun.

Great cordless driver
This is almost a perfect bit driver for assembly/disassembly. Bought for when I dont feel I need my M18 hammer drill or impact driver.Variable torque settings work well.Drives at a manageable speed, not too fast or too slow.Light and compact.Battery life is VERY impressive - even with a small M12 RedLithium CP 1.5 pack used all day and didnt drop a notch. It is not a fast "drill" or an impact driver but has enough power to drill some holes and drive decking screws if needed.

Great for working with delicate fasteners
For starters, no, it's not as powerful as the newer model or other competitors. But that's not why pros reach for it, they like it for the control. The lack of power and clutch settings allow for the greatest control on small fasteners. This is perfect for fasteners on HVAC units, network racks, assembling furniture, or outlet covers. It can handle heavier duty work, but not well. And that's okay, that's where impacts and drills come into play.
