Birds Of Prey And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn is a twisted tale told by Harley herself, as only Harley can tell it. When one of Gotham’s most sinister villains, Roman Sionis, and his sadistic right-hand man Victor Zsasz, put a target on a young girl, the city’s wicked underbelly is turned upside down looking for her. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya’s paths collide and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to take Roman down.

A Wild, Chaotic Ride with Harley Quinn!
Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is a high-energy, colorful, and unapologetically bonkers movie that puts Harley Quinn front and center in her own chaotic adventure.Margot Robbie is phenomenal as Harley, bringing charm, madness, and vulnerability to the role. She effortlessly balances the character's quirky humor with moments of genuine emotion. The supporting cast—Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya, Jurnee Smollett as Black Canary, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as the socially awkward yet deadly Huntress—are all fantastic, adding unique flavors to the ensemble.Ewan McGregor is wonderfully over-the-top as Roman Sionis (Black Mask), delivering a villain who's both flamboyant and menacing. The film’s vibrant cinematography and bold production design make Gotham feel alive, albeit through a candy-coated, anarchic lens. The action scenes are a highlight—well-choreographed, stylish, and brutal, especially Harley’s roller-skating antics and the police station takedown. The soundtrack is a perfect match, amplifying the fun and chaotic energy of the film. While the plot is fairly straightforward and occasionally meanders, the movie’s unique tone, humor, and unapologetic embrace of Harley’s unpredictable nature make it thoroughly entertaining. It's not your typical superhero movie, and that’s exactly what makes it stand out.If you're looking for a fun, empowering, and slightly unhinged romp through Gotham, Birds of Prey is the perfect pick. Harley Quinn fans will absolutely love it!

Not quite what I was expecting
The film is what it is, some people love it some people hate it but I won't go into that here. It arrived very quickly with the case in perfect condition and the cellophane still intact. My issue is that I only bought it because I have all the other DC blu rays in sleeves and I thought this one was in a cardboard sleeve as well sadly its just the normal case. Therefore I've had to knock a couple of stars off as the picture clearly shows it to be the sleeved version

An Enjoyable Trip into the Mind of Harley Quinn
After the... mixed reviews (putting it lightly) of Suicide Squad, this movie is a vast improvement. The storyline is much more fun and easier to follow, despite the timeline constantly skipping back to catch the viewer up. This is simply to put us into the mind of Harley Quinn. This is how she thinks. Her mind is a jumble. The Birds of Prey element is not made that blindingly clear until they all team-up at the end and make some very lame 'we're a team' style jibes. But when they start kicking backside, the movie finally reaches its peak. The one issue I have is simply the rating. There is ZERO chance that I would let a 15 year old watch this movie. There are some distressing scenes regarding the actions from the main, male villain towards numerous women. This is the point of the movie. Women standing up against this misogynist and taking back their freedom. But it's still difficult to watch. An 18 rating best suits this movie. Finally, don't watch this with Marvel bias. Don't watch any DCEU movie with Marvel bias. These are not Marvel. They do not intend to be Marvel. They are DC. Enjoy!
