How does it compare to amika volume powder

I have never used amika but this stuff is awesome. Just lift your hair up where you want volume, spray underneath at root and work it in from underneath. You can make your hair any way you want it.

How do you spray this?!

You don't spray...you pump it. It goes on the roots.

Is this sticky even after it dries/gets worked in?

No. You can tell you have product in your hair but its not sticky.
