Yes, it works because I sleep through the night. I also add reading and some magnesium.

Quality went from excellent now crap.Don't buy !
I was truly loving this supplement for night time,it was wonderful to open the bottle and smell the lemon balm herb before I took them to help me sleep.However,lately,not only do they not work very well at all ,the new bottles with the capsules have no aroma ! What happened ? I guess quality is now gone and I will have to find a new vender.

Sleeping through the night!
Plagued by waking up in middle of night & unable to fall back asleep, I thought I’d try lemon balm. So far, I’ve had a full night’s sleep every night I’ve taken it. With it, I am able to fall asleep again even if I wake up in the middle of the night. No residual grogginess in morning and no feeling of being drugged at all. Just a full night of restful sleep! I’m so grateful! 💤
