Extinguisher arrived depressurized and covered in chemical powder
The extinguisher arrived with chemical powder on the outside and no pressure. While it can be serviced to be re-pressurized and have the chemical checked, I was expecting it to be ready for use right out of the box — not to have to spend more money right away. I planned to get it serviced in a year, not as soon as I received it. On top of that, I can’t return it because it’s considered “hazardous material.” I wouldn’t buy it again.
