Not great for me on PS4
This didn't work for me on a PS4, the sound was very broken up and it lost connection a lot. I have since purchased an Avantree adapter which is much more expensive but works perfectly.

Doesn't work
Worked for an hour. Now my headphones connect but no audio comes out.

Sound breaks up and stops at times if the device connected is further than 10cm away.
It works so that’s good. Easy to follow steps, connected to my PS4 in one minute. But the connectivity is so bad. The sound keeps breaking up and crackling if you’re headphones are even 30cm away from where the usb is connected, which makes this useless for headphones unless your face is about 5cm away from your screen. Luckily, all Bluetooth audio devices seem to work so I just it to connect to my speaker and keep it close to the usb. You won’t be able to move it though so really this product is terrible. Just do yourself a favour and just get a more expensive option that will actually work. If you see any of the products that have the same photos as this one, which I have seen on Amazon, don’t get it. Regardless of price. Just look for a different brand.

This did not pair with the headphones
The product does not pair with headphones for which I bought it. Tried numerous times and even turned off all other bluetooth devices. It did pair with my partners headphones but the signal is intermittent and the sound from the PS4 is very patchy. Wouldn't say it was an acceptable solution to Sonys compatibility with bluetooth headphones.
