Good with milk, bitter in meal.
This’s amazing herbal haldi with Ayurvedic benefits. But sadly its not for cooking food. Whole taste gone bitter(Kadwa), i couldn’t enjoy my meal. But it’s good in hot milk.

I applied (mixing it with water to form a thick paste) this on my sprained ankle which was swollen. It was effective right since the first use and the swelling reduced a lot.

Hd purchased this for using in face pk. however the haldi is nt smooth n finely powdered but hs rough granules.using as a face mask/scrub for sensitive skin may nt be advisable.i started getting severe itching in sensitives areas of the face like ard the lips n nostrils n undereye.Those with sensitive skin shd avoid .if using for cooking purpose it's fine nt for face.
