I'm a somewhat big guy roughly 5'11" and 250-ish lbs and ordered the 2XL doll neck. It may be a little difficult to put on and zip but once on it's quite nice albeit a little snug. The material feels a little better than I anticipated especially given the price. If you're looking to spend about $30 on a french maid costume I doubt you'll find anything better.
