Update to previous review. I was able to contact the company directly and they quickly resolved my issue. The customer service was exemplary , highly recommended this product.

Tried calling the customer support line with no answer, I was soooo excited to use this & the drain plug is damaged. Entire gallon of product just leaking out 😭Would like a new tank & gallon of product that isn’t defective & will revise review! Couldn’t contact seller to ask privately as they didn’t answer…

Very easy to install. Took me around 30 minutes to install. Poured the mix in and adjust the amount of mix you want the unit to spray out. Set the timer on my sprinkler system and that is it. Great product!

Good idea, poor execution. Works ok when you first pour the gallon of concentrate into the tank bc the concentrate is at its strongest. But then each time you run the system, water replaces the concentrate in the tank so the concentrate becomes more diluted with each use.So when the tank is filled with half to 3/4 water and then mixed into your sprinkler lines how well is it working compared to when the tank was filled with 100% concentrate. The company says to observe the color of the clear tubes to determine when the concentrate needs to be replaced. This is subjective and I want a more definitive way to determine this especially when they charge over $100 for a gallon of concentrate. Also the clear lines on my system are now stained a yellow color so now I have to completely guess when it’s time to replace the concentrate.Save your money and buy a backpack sprayer. You’ll be able to measure out exactly how much you’re applying and will know exactly when to add concentrate.Maybe they improve it in the future or another company creates a better product.

The valve leaks which is apparently a known issue. Sprayed a full tank of concentrate out of the leaky gasket while I was gone and killed all of the grass in the spray radius. Emailed customer service and they sent a new valve which lasted less than the original one. I emailed again and they said they were redesigning it and would send me a new one. One year later and I've heard nothing and am left with a useless product. Horrible product and even worse customer service. Very shady company that only exists to defraud people with their garbage product.
